NHS University Hospitals of Liverpool Group and axess sexual health are seeking a motivated and experienced Assistant Practitioner/Nurse Associate to join us, working at the intersection of Sexual Health Outreach and Community Tuberculosis (TB) services.
This is a dynamic, community-facing role designed for someone confident working autonomously in outreach settings, engaging with underserved populations, and supporting evolving Public Health priorities.
The role requires some lone working, and patient home visits. - a clean driving licence is a requirement for this post
