If we are closed and you have an urgent problem you have a number of options. Don't forget you can order postal testing kits at any time by visiting here
If you have had unprotected sex and need emergency contraception, you can walk into most axess clinics under the urgent criteria or find your local pharmacy here. Check your local axess clinic open hours for availability of walk-in clinics here.
PLEASE NOTE: Not all pharmacies offer emergency contraception for free so we advise that you call first to find out. Emergency contraception is also available from GPs, NHS walk-in centres and A&E departments - although there may be long waiting times.
If you think you have been exposed to HIV within the last 72hrs don’t wait for us to be open, go straight to A&E. The sooner you start taking it the more likely it is to prevent HIV.
