Coil and implant services: you can use the GP services tab to find a GP in your area which can provide coil and implant services.
Emergency contraception: you can use the pharmacies tab to find your nearby pharmacy which will provide emergency contraception (EC). Make sure to ring the pharmacy you’re looking to attend ahead of time to ensure that a staff member is available to prescribe you EC.
The emergency contraception (EC) pill (previously called the ‘morning after pill’) can be taken after condomless sex to help prevent an unintended pregnancy.

If you live in Liverpool, Knowsley, Cheshire East, Warrington and Halton, you can access emergency contraception for FREE in all pharmacies.
All pharmacies are contracted to provide emergency contraception. This option may be suitable for you in the instance that axess is closed. To find your nearest pharmacy click here.
You may also be able to access oral contraception from your local pharmacy. This may be convenient for those who are unable to attend axess during our opening times. To find out what pharmacies in your local area offer this service click here.
