The clinic is open for telephone assessment and appointments

You must phone the clinic before attending, there is no walk in service currently.

Our phone lines will be open Monday-Friday 9am until 2pm. Patients should call 0300 3231300 and select option 1.

However, if you need to see us urgently, you can still walk in to any of our services during normal opening times, where you will be assessed. Please check below if your needs met the urgent criteria which is

Patients under the age of 18

Concerns of potential HIV contact (contact within the last 72 hours)

Emergency contraception needed (unprotected sexual intercourse within the last 5 days)

If you have been sexually assaulted

You have received a positive result and have not been booked in for treatment

We advise patients to arrive early for appointments as we cannot guarantee that you will be seen if you arrive late.

Urgent Criteria

If you have any of the below, you can walk in to any clinics.

  1. I have painful genital ulcers and/or need repeat medication. (Herpes)
  2. I need emergency contraception
  3. I have had unprotected sex in the last 72 hours with someone at high risk of HIV and may require PEP
  4. I am currently taking PEP
  5. I am here for syphilis treatment
  6. I have been sexually assaulted
  7. I am 16 or under
  8. I have been diagnosed with an STI via online or another service and require treatment.
  9. I have pain in my testicles
  10. IUD/S Problems: Pain/bleeding/lost threads
  11. Implant Problems:
